Dr. Kristin Steffes is a board-certified Family Medicine physician. She earned her undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge and her medical degree from LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans. She completed her Family Medicine residency at the University of Florida in Gainesville, where she also pursued advanced training in Women’s Health. During residency, she was honored with both the Resident of the Year Award and the Outstanding Professionalism Award.
Dr. Steffes founded her practice with a clear purpose — to return to a more personal, attentive style of medicine. She believes meaningful care begins with time: time to listen, to understand each patient’s story, and to build a trusting relationship. Her approach allows patients to feel heard and supported in making informed decisions about their health.
She provides care across all stages of life, with a focus on chronic disease management, prevention, and whole-person care, including mental health. Dr. Steffes is passionate about caring for families and often serves multiple generations, helping patients navigate their health within the context of their family.
Outside of medicine, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters and is an avid college sports fan.
